These Terms of Use govern your use of StoreU (storeu.in), including seller accounts and hosted storefronts. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
StoreU provides software that lets Indian sellers create an online store, list products, and accept orders. Individual product sales are between the customer and the seller. StoreU is not the seller of those products unless stated otherwise.
2. Accounts (sellers)
If you create a seller account, you must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and use the platform only for lawful business. You are responsible for products you list, prices, stock, order fulfilment, taxes (including GST where applicable), and customer communication.
3. Orders & pricing
- Product availability, pricing (in INR), and descriptions are shown on the storefront and may change.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Confirmation may be subject to stock and payment verification.
- Payment options shown at checkout (for example Cash on Delivery, UPI, card, or netbanking) depend on what the seller has enabled. Some methods may be demo/manual until a payment gateway is connected.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data abusively, upload illegal content, or use the service for fraud.
5. Intellectual property
StoreU branding, software, and design belong to StoreU. Store names, logos, and product content belong to the respective sellers or their licensors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, StoreU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
